As we all know, Hockey is a growing craze in the USA. So many people, Young individuals aspire to have a career in Hockey. But for various reasons, they are not able to pursue their career in this field despite being extremely talented and capable. Some are not able to afford the finances related to it. Or some don't have enough support from their family members.
But now we have a solution, The US-based charity organization - The Penalty Box Foundation is a very supportive organization which is working especially to make the dreams of thousands of hockey lovers, come true.

The Penalty Box Foundation is a USA Hockey Giving Foundation that provides Youth Hockey Grants, Hockey charities, Youth Hockey Scholarships to support Youth Hockey communities around the globe. This organization was launched in 2018 to provide micro-grants and donations to individuals and organizations who have or are actively progressing the game of hockey and it’s community.
The Penalty Box Foundation helps in various ways-
- Hockey Charity: The Penalty Box Foundation ensures any individual can be a playmaker whether in a game or in life. Our 501c3 charity, provide micro-grants to hockey families in need so that a player or a team can focus on the game and not life’s hardships. Whether it is a team looking to expand the game in an underprivileged area or a hockey family who has suffered an unspeakable loss, we take care of our own.
- Individual Hockey Grants: The Penalty Box Foundation is there for the assist in time of hardship for any individual hockey player. Hockey can be an expensive sport as our hard-hitting sport can hasten the need to replace equipment. When troubling life events occur, it can be difficult for players to focus on the game. Let us be a teammate you can rely on by applying for one of our individual hockey grants. Families in need can visit our Contact Us section, fill out an online form and submit it for committee review
- Youth Hockey Grants: Any community who wants to promote their hockey program deserves to have the funds necessary to make their team a success. We support youth and communities in all socio-economic backgrounds across the globe. At PenaltyBox Foundation we have been organizing fundraising events for over 20 years. We have the skills to help you create a successful tournament, car wash or carnival for the youth of all ages.

- Youth Hockey Scholarships: If your child wants to play hockey and grow their skills, they should be able to skate without fear of financial hardship. With that in mind, PenaltyBox Foundation has created scholarships to help youth have access to quality equipment, locate nearby teams and participates in tournaments around the world. We particularly encourage emerging teams in lower economic communities to apply for support.
